Preparing For the Cataclysm - 3 Ways to Have Gold for Expansion

With the Cataclysm expansion pack quickly approaching the World of WarCraft will never be the same. Many players have already began preparations and have started saving the resources needed to really make gold flow in when the expansion is released. Here are three easy ways to make certain you have some gold sitting there for the expansion pack release.
1. Complete the end of game quests - Several quests have recently been introduced in game. These, as well
as the quests that you probably forgot about, or just didn't complete at hitting 80 are worth a ton of gold to complete now. Head to areas and zones that you previously skipped and start questing. Many of these are worth as much as 20 gold each and a batch of 10 can be completed in around 45 minutes. Yielding you around 300 gold an hour.
2. Complete daily quests - There are many daily quests that you can complete every day and net a few hundred gold. With the dungeon system now in place, you can find a quick group for the dungeon and heroic dailies in about 10 minutes on many servers. These alone are worth over 50 gold. Also, head out to the daily hubs in Icecrown, and the dailies in Dalaran to rack in a good stipend quickly.
3. Go back to basics with professions - With the introduction of two new playable races a lot of players are going to be making brand new characters. These same players already have thousands of gold sitting on their accounts just waiting to be spent. Head out with gathering professions and start saving up copper, light leather, linen cloth, wool cloth, and low level herbs to really make bank on the auction house after the release of Cataclysm.
I hope that this will help you prepare for the cataclysm expansion pack. Best of luck and have fun chasing after Deathwing.
